Summit Construction proudly undertook a vital lead abatement and lead dust cleaning project at the Quantico Marine Base Pistol Range, contributing to the safety of personnel, visitors, and the environment. Project Scope:
Lead Abatement: The project involved the meticulous removal of expended lead ammunition residues resulting from training exercises conducted at the Pistol Range. Lead abatement is a specialized field, and Summit Construction’s team possessed the knowledge and skills required to safely handle and remove lead contaminants.
Lead Dust Cleaning: In addition to ammunition residues, our team conducted extensive interior and exterior lead dust cleaning of the pistol range HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. This comprehensive approach ensured that lead particles were thoroughly removed from all potential sources of contamination.
