Department of Education - Mold Remediation & Renovation

Summit Construction performed demolition, mold remediation, and renovation in 26 restrooms throughout the Department of Education located in Washington, D.C. The Scope of work consisted of strategic planning and coordination with GSA, security, facilities, maintenance, and the Department of Education management team. All restrooms work was performed on weekend’s starting on Friday nights and completed so that the restrooms could be fully restored and functional by Monday morning.
